摘要
对于redis启动服务后，出现6379端口无法使用的问题的解决方案：
运行redis-cli.exe，然后对6379端口shutdown，再exit，即可解决端口占用，从而使得redis服务可以启动。

4 原理
重启6379端口，关闭已经占用的线程，重启后port分配给redis使得程序能够运行
